The Mojave preserve in California has to have some of the most beautiful sunrises in the USA. Each morning as the sun touched the horizon, an array of colours would emit from the sky. This was a typical morning.
The rising morning sun ignites the vibrant autumn colours as it breaks through a grove of aspen trees in Kananaskis, Alberta.
It's grand.... It's a canyon.... It must be the Grand Canyon right? This impressive canyon is not far from Sisters, Oregon and requires a 2-mile hike to get to this location. The hike overall is easy, but not when you are carrying a pack full of camera gear, and a kid on your shoulders, in the summer heat during hottest part of the day... So I learned.
