With a peak elevation at 10,497 ft above sea level, Mount Jefferson is Oregon's second highest mountain. This mountain prominently towers over the surrounding terrain and other volcanoes in the region.
Aspen trees have always caught my interest. The juxtaposition created from the pattern like uniformity of the trees as a conglomerate versus the individuality of each tree standing alone creates a familiar yet new opportunity from every observable angle of the forest. In this image, I wanted to demonstrate the relationship between the subtle distinguishing differences of each tree and the perceived repetition of the forest as a whole.
