It's no secret Southern Utah contains some of the most incredible geological landscapes found in North America. A spectacular park known as Snow Canyon on the south eastern edge of the state near the City of St. George may not see as many visitors as some of the more popular parks like Zion or Grand Staircase-Escalante, but the views are stunning with plenty of worthwhile hikes through lava tubes, canyons, or to some epic lookouts. If you are ever travelling through Southern Utah, I highly recommend checking this park out. You won’t be disappointed.
Walking around in the prairies near the badlands of Alberta can be quite dangerous if you aren't paying close attention. This large prairie rattlesnake was found near some old farm equipment at the edge of a coulee just outside of Dinosaur Provincial Park in Alberta. This is one of three species of rattlesnake found in Canada.
Famous amongst photographers, this cypress tree tunnel is just north of San Francisco tucked away in Point Reyes National Seashore. The peninsula of Point Reyes is stunning and a worthwhile place to visit while travelling through the Bay area.
