This is one of hundreds or possibly thousands of waterfalls to be seen in Jasper National Park. The glacial runoff is frigid cold, but it sure carries an undeniable beauty.
The northern lights erupt over the foothills of Alberta just north of Calgary. It was a late night but the lack of sleep paid off.
Along highway 93 between Banff and Jasper is this spectacular roadside waterfall. This is only a few feet from the edge of the road. I have been here a few years back to ice climb these falls, however I have not seen it in the summer. I am unsure of which season is the most spectacular. I took this image while on a mini road trip up to Jasper.
