For only a few short weeks each year, the blooming wildflowers put on an impressive display in the meadows throughout Banff National Park.
One of the major contributing factors to Oregon's beauty is the abundance of native wild flowers. From the desert to the coast, the flowers are prolific and beautiful. It was the foxgloves I admired the most. Swaying in the breeze they grew along side the roads and in the forests in great numbers with a multitude of colours.
